Since 1996 in the field of Business Tourism
I have always been passionate about organising and designing my own trips, particularly treks in different parts of the world, and so it was natural for me to study tourism.
I have worked for more than 25 years in the business travel sector in one of the largest travel agencies in the world.
In the first years, I was first a travel agent for the tourism and leisure part.
Then I was quickly assigned to take the lead of a team based as "an implant" at an important client (which represented 8 figures in terms of turnover) where I performed various functions, both commercial (link with the various suppliers) and managerial (keeping schedules, reporting on activity, monitoring objectives, etc.)
Thanks to my involvement in this mission, I had the chance to be designated "Pacesetter" and thus to be congratulated in Maui (Hawaii) by the General Management.
In the last few years, new missions have allowed me, among other things, to pilot, execute and manage the organisation of important events in terms of transport and accommodation for a "Family Office - HNWI", Festivals, groups of dancers or medical congresses both in France and internationally.
Finally, I worked on the development of new technologies for online booking tools to guarantee the conformity of clients' files and thus preserve their satisfaction.
Following the COVID19 pandemic, the definitive closure of my point of sale allowed me to reflect on what I really wanted to do while doing a very instructive training in the field of HR.
I am now looking for a job where I can put all my experience to good use and where I can fully develop myself by taking on new challenges.
